  • Do you have a culture of positiveness with your employees?
  • Do you feel like your employees will do almost anything for your company to be successful?
  • Can you take a 1 month vacation and come back to your rental company and the operations are same, if not better than when you left?

Here are my recommendations based on the following number of Yes’s: Be honest with the above quick and dirty self evaluation.
